Agreement Terms & Conditions:
Kindful Art strives to be your go-to for floral preservation. I want you to be thrilled and love your piece for years to come. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Kindful Art does require a 50% payment at the time of flower drop off, with the additional 50% balance paid at the time of item pick up.
Kindful Art strives to make every piece perfect. However, there is a chance of the following issues: Microbubbles, discoloring of flowers/additions/etc., a substitution (a substitution will never be made without contacting the customer first and discussing), longer processing times, not all flowers dried may come out correctly, etc.. All blooms may not be selected for placement in the piece(s) due to damage and Kindful Art reserves the right to substitute matching flowers as needed. Colors may change over time due to natural deterioration, however they can be preserved longer by keeping them out of humid conditions (such as a bathroom or outside porch) and out of direct sunlight.
Preserved flowers may or may not last forever. Kindful Art makes every effort to put the flowers through a process that preserves them, however some flowers hold up better than others no matter which process they go through. Kindful Art is not held responsible for damage from mis-use by the customer.
Kindful Art cannot be held responsible for skin or other health reactions to the products it provides. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure the piece is skin-safe and has no sharp edges, etc.
Kindful Art will keep any flowers, petals, greenery, etc. from your piece for a reasonable amount of time. However, I cannot guarantee the storage of your dried florals after your order is done. If requested, I can always package them safely and return them to you with your final product(s).
Kindful Art requires a deposit for all custom work. Your event date will not be reserved until deposit is received to hold your date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total balance. Additionally, 50% of your agreed upon total at the time of booking will be due upon flowers being dropped off or shipped to Kindful Art. This is to cover materials directly related to your piece(s), such as frames, resin, etc. The remainder of your balance is due upon completion of your project and pick up.
Kindful Art tries to give an estimate of time with each order, but sometimes that timeline can change. Your keepsake should be completed in approximately 16 to 21 weeks after your flowers are received. However, this time frame may change depending upon your items and the drying process as each item dries at varying times. .
Once your design is completed and you are contacted through either email or text message, you have two weeks to pick up your piece(s). If the piece is not picked up within those 2 weeks, you will be charged a $25 storage fee per week until 6 weeks from the date you were contacted. Any designs not picked up after 6 weeks are considered abandoned and become the property of Kindful Art.
In the event of an act of nature, fire, flood, equipment failure, loss of power, or global catastrophe, liability of Kindful Art is limited to a refund of the client’s deposit and/or payment made on design or product.
Your order serves as your consent to allow Kindful Art to use images created of your designs for editorial, advertising, contest, and/or exhibition use.
I’m very excited to work with you to create a beautiful piece that you can treasure for years to come. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please direct them to me at kindfulart@gmail.com.
